The idea for Skillor is born
Seeing students struggle with outdated courses, Ayaan decides to create the academy he wished had existed when he started.
2024–25
Skillor Learning launches
Kerala's first AI-integrated digital marketing academy launches with its flagship 3-month live course. First batch delivers real results.

Ayaan Sohail is a digital entrepreneur, content creator, and theatre advertisement director with 5+ years of real-world experience. He's worked with international brands, run AI-powered campaigns, and built multiple businesses from the ground up — all before founding Skillor.

The name Skillor is built on one idea: skills that matter, taught by someone who lives them. Every module in the curriculum is something Ayaan has personally used to build a real business or campaign. Nothing is theoretical. Everything is battle-tested.

Today, Skillor Learning is the only academy in Kerala that teaches AI tools, digital marketing, video editing, e-commerce, and freelancing in a single live, mentor-led program — with a focus on portfolio-building, placements, and real income.
